Deep-Dive + Design

Create high-converting copy, content and campaigns with detailed 3D-profiles mapped on your ideal clients.

Done for you

The core of your business is your client. We’ll start this 1.5-hour workshop with a series of questions where we’ll bridge the gap between the clients you serve now and those you want to serve more of in the future. These could be people connected by demographic factors or psychographic factors or life stages.

Once we’re clear on your ideal clients, I’ll follow up the session with a fully-researched set of persona profiles. I’ll comb forums, market insight reports and social media for information that builds your ideal client into a full-colour individual, whose needs you can tap into every time you send an email or design a new service.

Guided

After our 1.5-hour workshop, we’ll talk about places that you can research to build up a 3D-profile of your ideal clients. I’ll provide you with my client profile template and you’ll use our workshop, plus your research, to complete the client profile template. I’ll then review it and provide you with my feedback to make sure it’s as accurate as possible.

Brand Voice Creation

According to Robert Cialdini’s Principles of Persuasion, we prefer to buy from people we like. The more similarities we can draw between ourselves and another person or brand, the more we like them. That’s why your brand voice is so important - because it’s an underrated opportunity to create meaningful emotional connections with your ideal clients by echoing the way they speak. 

 

No more randomly selecting adjectives from a downloadable list. In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll work through 5 of my signature exercises, designed to funnel your focus onto a brand voice that is specifically informed by your ideal clients. From brand archetypes to the emotional essence of your key messages, this workshop is a proven opportunity to bring together the work from our previous two sessions and create an accurate voice that not only aligns with your personality, but also directly calls out to the people you want to serve.  

 

After our session, I’ll create you a set of guidelines that outlines your brand voice, includes all our session work and, importantly, gives you examples of your key messages written in your brand voice, so you always have a reminder. 

Guided

After our workshop, you’ll use the work we’ve done to complete your guidelines and write your key messages in your brand new tone of voice. I will then review it and provide you with my feedback to make sure they are impactful and aligned with the rest of your brand. Don’t worry, you’ll have my full support throughout. After the workshop, we’ll talk about hoand I’ll also provide you with a copy of our workshop transcript complete with highlights for where to look for each statement.

  • Of course - to be flexible is one of my values and I know it's valued by you too. While I do recommend taking the workshops in a certain order, there's no set time-frame for any of them. We can begin when you're ready and take as much time as you need between each one. However, I do suggest taking them up to one/two weeks apart, so that the previous session is still fresh in your mind. 

  • You'll achieve greater clarity about who you serve and what you stand for as a business. This will pave a clear path ahead for how you want to grow your business.
